Rometo Communications Inc. and associated companies reserve the right to terminate our association with you and to delete your account/profile for whatever reasons we deem appropriate.

By clicking on either the "Enter!" or "Register!" button, you accept that you are in agreement with the conditions written below.

1. You are solely responsible for all of the information and photos that are placed into your personal profile and for your communications with other members of RomanceSecreto.com. It is impractical for RomanceSecreto.com to monitor and control all of the activities of our members, and therefore we cannot be held responsible for any consequences resulting from the use of our service. You must accept full legal responsibility for your actions under applicable laws. Additionally, each member must follow the terms set out in this agreement and accepts his/her responsibility for the legality of all of his/her actions under applicable laws. RomanceSecreto does not take responsibility for any illegal acts committed by our members.
2. You must not use our service to send or publish offensive material, including offensive language or pornographic material.
3. You must not harass other members by insisting on communicating with someone who has clearly asked you to cease further communications. You will be responsible for ensuring that your behaviour with other users follows all of the rules set out in the agreement, and that it is legal under applicable laws.
4. If you do not follow the applicable laws or any other part of this agreement, you agree to automatically hereby exonerate RomanceSecreto.com from all complaints, requirements, actions, suits, proceedings, or claims which you may have had against RomanceSecreto.com.
5. You will not include personal information such as your name, phone number, email address, ICQ number, instant messenger contact information, postal/zip code, or any other information that allows other members to contact you in the public portion of your profile.
6. RomanceSecreto.com does not permit any illegal or offensive images to be stored on our system, such as:
   • Child pornography
   • Adult pornography
   • Images that could be considered immoral or distasteful
   • Images that include people who have not consented to have their image published on RomanceSecreto
   • Images that are protected by copyright or intellectual property laws
   • Images that are intended to promote products or services
   • Any image that might be subject to possible legal action
   RomanceSecreto.com reserves the right to erase images that are "unacceptable", but each member is ultimately responsible for the publication of images in his/her profile. In all cases, the IP address and upload time/date will be stored with images that are uploaded to our system. This information will be shared with law enforcement in the case that any kind of crime has been committed or if this information is deemed necessary for a legal investigation.
7. With respect to RomanceSecreto.com
   1. We reserve the right, without limitation, to suspend at any time any member that violates this agreement, including, if we suspect (for any reason) that a member is involved in fraud or illegal activity related to our service. RomanceSecreto.com will have no obligation to you, if we suspend or terminate our service for any reason that we believe to be reasonable. You renounce all rights that you may have had with RomanceSecreto.com if you partake in such conduct.
   2. With respect to the profiles of our members, RomanceSecreto.com reserves the right to hide, erase, or modify any part of the profile that we may be considered offensive.
   3. If RomanceSecreto.com receives any judicial, police, or government request, at any moment, and with maximum discretion on the part of RomanceSecreto.com, RomanceSecreto.com will not be held responsible and will have no obligation to you if we terminate your account/profile. You renounce any rights that you may have had with RomanceSecreto.com by any conduct that has resulted in such a request.
   4. We will not be held responsible for any information or material that is communicated through our service.
   5. We have the right to dictate the terms and conditions for the use of RomanceSecreto.com at any moment by showing them on our website. You and all other users of our service are limited by the terms and conditions in effect from the moment of their publication. All amendments to this agreement will be published on our website.
   6. RomanceSecreto.com does not take responsibility for ensuring that our members follow the terms and conditions, even though these terms and conditions specify acceptable behaviour for the use of our service.
   7. Under no circumstance is it permitted for a member to deviate from the norms set forth in this agreement, with the goal of avoiding any prejudicial or indirect damage. Additionally, our company does not take legal responsibility for the actions or omissions of our members. However, nothing in this agreement is intended to limit or exclude any legal responsibility, in which, RomanceSecreto.com has made an error with respect to, or in violation of, applicable laws. If you do not notify RomanceSecreto.com within 12 months of any complaints, requirements, actions, suits, proceedings, or claims against RomanceSecreto.com, then according to the law, you must free RomanceSecreto.com from such complaints, requirements, actions, suits, proceedings, or claims that you may have against RomanceSecreto.com.
8. RomanceSecreto.com informs you that their are risks associated with contacting users on the Internet, such as: they may be located in other countries, they could be minors of age, they might be someone that may be acting under a false identity, or they could be someone with fraudulent intentions.
9. Identifying users on the Internet is difficult. For this reason, RomanceSecreto.com cannot ensure that each member is the person that they claim to be. Therefore, you must be careful when interacting with other users.
10. Given that RomanceSecreto.com will not, and cannot be involved in communications and activities of each of our members, in the case that you have a conflict with another user, within the bounds set forth in the law, you hereby exonerate RomanceSecreto.com (and our associates and employees) from any demands and damages of any kind, known or unknown, suspected or not suspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising from or related in any way to your interaction with the given member.
11. You are responsible for the information that you put in your profile, and RomanceSecreto.com will act as a passive means of distribution and publication of your information on the Internet. However, RomanceSecreto.com may take whatever action, with respect to your information, that we deem to be necessary or appropriate. For example, if RomanceSecreto.com believes that your information could create any type of legal problems for us, or if it could cause us prejudice (total or partial) with respect to the continued use of our ISP/service provider or any other server, then RomanceSecreto.com may modify or remove all or part of your personal information.
12. You must ensure that your personal information
    1. is not defamatory, libelous, unlawfully threatening, or harassing;
    2. is not obscene and does not contain child pornography
13. 1. This agreement will be used an interpreted in agreement with the laws of the province of Manitoba, Canada. All of hte users of this website irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manitoba.
    2. The provisions of this agreement are many, and if any provision of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision may be withdrawn, keeping the remaining provisions in force.
    3. The possible non-enforcement of ths agreement by RomanceSecreto.com does not preclude our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.
    4. This agreement shall not be interpreted as contrary to RomanceSecreto.com for the sole reason that it has been produced by RomanceSecreto.com.
    5. Furthermore, this agreement requires your understanding and agreement with RomanceSecreto.com with respect to this issue.

YOU ARE RESONSIBLE FOR YOUR ACTIONS WHEN INTERACTING WITH OTHER MEMBERS. IT IS YOUR UNDERSTANDING THAT RomanceSecreto.com CAN NOT MONITOR ALL OF OUR MEMBERS, OR MODIFY THE INFORMATION THAT IS DISPLAYED IN THEIR PROFILES. RomanceSecreto.com MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES FOR THE CONDUCT OF OUR MEMBERS. YOU AGREE TO USE GOOD JUDGEMENT AND TO BEHAVE MORALLY IN YOUR INTERACTION WITH OTHER MEMBERS OF OUR SERVICE. THIS IS ESPECIALLY TRUE IF YOU DECIDE TO MEET WITH ANOTHER OF OUR MEMBERS. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS AGREEMENT BEFORE USING OUR SERVICE. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT RomanceSecreto.com DOES NOT GUARANTEE COMPATIBILITY BETWEEN ANY OF OUR MEMBERS IN ANY WAY OR FORM. IT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED TO SEND FINANCIAL INFORMATION TO OTHER USERS THROUGH OUR SERVICE. THIS INCLUDES CREDIT CARDS, BANK ACCOUNTS, OR ANY SUCH INFORMATION.
